2WAYVOICEDIRECT response allows one of our 8, nation wide monitoring stations to immediately verify an emergency situation or a false alarm without having to call the protected location.
Through our 2WAYVOICEDIRECT system, our operators have the ability to listen into the protected location through the alarm panel during a break in or other emergency.
Our 2WAYVOICEDIRECT system will only be activated when an alarm signal is received at the central station.
In the case of alarm, our monitoring station operator will communicate with you via the alarm panel and will ask for your password in the event of a false alarm. In the event where no password is given and or the operator hears movement, dispatch procedures are commenced.
